    Lunch: squash stuffed tortellini with butter, parmesan cheese, and tomatoes.
    Dinner: tuna salad with lots of veggies, almonds, apple, tahini dressing,
    Snacks: celery, banana, apple cinnamon Lara Bar

  2. 8:00 pm Whole Foods - Burrito Bowl - 1/2 meat 1/2 chicken (extra both)salsa, lettuce, parsley,peppers, onions.
    9:30 pm 120 grams Salami
